Armour Martin FAQ's

Armour Martin FAQ's

How do you describe your ideal client? . . .

We work with small- to mid-size organizations that have been in business for 5 or more years. These companies typically have seen their growth plateau and they want to grow again. The leaders of these companies understand the value of hiring consultants and expect a strong ROI.

Are you accepting new clients? . . .

Yes we are. We pride ourselves on giving our clients our undivided attention. We carefully select our clients based off an initial no cost, no obligation consultation. If your company is a good fit and we have the capacity to devote our best efforts to the work, we will gladly accept new clients.

How long is your typical project? . . .

We tailor our services to fit each business scenario which means there is no “typical” project.

During the initial consultation we will do our best to determine how long our discovery process will take. The quickest turn around time is two weeks. Complex business models or a company facing turnaround efforts will take longer. Once we have an action plan drawn up for your company we expect the project to take at least six months to complete.

Does Armour Martin accept short-term projects? . . .

If the situation is right we will accept your project. Regardless of the project size you will receive an expertly crafted business solution. Most clients will hire us to be fully immersed until the work is done; some clients choose to keep us engaged less frequently. We will determine what best suits your needs once the business action plan is completed.

Do you work with non-profit organizations? . . .

We do. Non-profit organizations share a lot of similarities with small- to mid-size businesses. No matter what type of organization you’re running we can help.

Our company has highly sensitve and proprietary IP. How can we work wit you to stay protected? . . .

Armour Martin will protect your business like it’s our own. Once we enter into an agreement we will provide a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We can’t share your company secrets with anyone else and we won’t share any other company’s secrets with you, either.

I need help putting together a business plan that incorporates my existing business with a new product. Can you help? . . .

You bet! Tell us about it HERE.

Can you help a company in start-up phase for exchange of equity or revenue share? . . .

In our experience this type of organization does not fit our client profile. However, there are exceptions and we want to find out if you’re one of them. Contact us and we’ll invest the time to determine if we are a good fit.

Do you do IT development and implementation? . . .

No. During our discovery and analysis we might find some improvement opportunities for your IT and make recommendations on how to address them.
